BILLING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR PAID REGISTRATIONS:

Cancellation will only be accepted up to 30 days before the event. After this date, results cannot be obtained (name change is only accepted)

For registrations canceled up to 30 days before the event, refunds will be made up to 30 days after the event, with a penalty of €20.00 (administrative expenses)

The receipt of the invoice is issued automatically after payment. Any request to change entity (with issuance of a credit note and new invoice) has an administrative cost of €20.00.

CERTIFICATES:

Participation certificates are sent via email to all participants within 15 days of the event date.

The Secretariat only guarantees the reissuance of certificates for 90 days after the event. Certificates will not be sent based on this data.
